With nearly 30 years' experience, Zhaoqing Kawagoe Sports Industrial Company Limited is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of sports equipment. We have our head office in Hong Kong and a branch in Guangzhou. We have established sales channels in Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Australia and Asia. TPF, Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Mitre, Tesco and Coca Cola have come to us for a variety of sports equipment as follows: Rubber basketballs, footballs, volleyballs, baseballs, soccer balls and tennis balls; Machine-stitched and hand-stitched footballs, soccer balls, volleyballs; Laminated basketballs, soccer balls, volleyballs; All sizes of rackets including aluminum alloy and carbon models; Jump ropes, hand grips and chest expanders. As a result, our export volume topped USD8 million in 2006. Six innovative designers have been dedicated to research and development for eight years. They release three new models each month. Seventy quality inspectors with more than five years' experience conduct stringent tests on semi-finished and final products, concerning impact, leap, tension, stability and leakage. They use equipment such as metal detectors and ball testing machines. Our six factories cover a total area of 15,600 square meters and employ 1,000 staff for production. Each month, we turn out 250,000 rubber balls, 200,000 machine-stitched balls, 70,000 hand-stitched balls, 80,000 laminated balls, 20,000 dozen badminton shuttlecocks, 60,000 badminton rackets, 20,000 tennis rackets, 80,000 hand grips and chest expanders, as well as 100,000 jump ropes.
